  • Do I have to register to place an order?

    No, it is not mandatory to register to make a purchase. By creating an account and subscribing to our Newsletter, however, you get greater advantages, with the possibility of being updated on current promotions and checking your order history.

  • What are the delivery times?

    Standard delivery times are 1/2 working days for Italy (peninsula) and 2/3 working days for the islands. For the rest of Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain) the estimated delivery time is 4/6 working days. Delays may occur due to extraordinary situations not directly dependent on The Flexx Spa.

  • I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

    Using a discount code is very easy. When finalizing the purchase in the cart, enter the discount code in the Promotional code box and click on “Apply promotional code”. You will immediately see the final amount updated.

  • Is it possible to cancel an order that has already been placed?

    It is not possible to change the address once the order has been confirmed. In the event that you notice an error, promptly contact our Customer Care at shop@theflexx.com; one of our representatives will examine your request.

  • Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?

  • How can I return an item purchased on theflexx.com?

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package at your address. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with intact packaging and tags.

    To proceed with the return, access the “Contacts” area of ​​our menu and select “Returns and refunds” as the object, then specifying in the text the reasons for the request, the order number and your references, name, surname, telephone number and / or email address. You will be contacted by our Customer Care to organize the collection of the product. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to logistics@theflexx.com, specifying “Returns and ecommerce refunds” as the subject.

    The refund will be applied directly to the card / PayPal entered at the time of the order and will take place upon receipt of the product at our warehouses, after the technical check.

    Full refunds are made only in the event of proven defect of the item. If the return takes place for reasons other than this, a contribution of € 6.00 (price per single pair) is required for the return costs from Italy and € 9.00 (price per single pair) from abroad (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain). Therefore, you will receive as a refund the amount of the initial order minus these management costs.

    Refund crediting times may vary depending on your banking institution.

  • Can I request more information on a product?
